Stella Ray Miscellaneous started with a cat, a husband, and absolutely no plan.

Stella is our cat. Ray is my husband's middle name. And Miscellaneous? That's for everything in between — because I never wanted to be just one thing.

I'm Ruben, and I make everything you see here. Every soap bar, every candle, every clam shell vessel — designed, poured, layered, and finished by me in my studio. No factory. No wholesale. No shortcuts.

What started as a luxury soap line became something I didn't expect: art. Bold, colorful, maximalist art that you can actually use. Soaps that look like gemstones. Candles poured into hand-painted shells that you keep long after the wax is gone. Pieces that belong on a shelf, in a bathroom, on a coffee table — wherever you want people to stop and ask "where did you get that?"

I sell at pop-ups because I love watching people's faces when they see these in person. But now you can bring that feeling home, wherever you are.
